Do you support MQTT alongside the REST API?
Absolutely. While the REST API is great for management and application integration, we provide fully-managed MQTT brokers for high-throughput device telemetry and command and control.
Can I write edge code in languages other than Node.js?
Currently, our Edge computing engine supports Node.js and Python. We are actively working on supporting Rust and Go in upcoming releases.
How do webhooks handle retry logic?
Our webhook system automatically retries failed deliveries with exponential backoff for up to 72 hours. You can also view the payload and response logs directly in the developer console.
Can I completely remove IoTblitz branding from the portal?
Yes, our white-label solution allows you to use custom domains, remove all IoTblitz logos, apply your own color schemes, and even customize the automated email templates.
